Full Product Line Installed for Caravan and Mobile home side panels in Hull

In May a full production line was installed for Caravan and Mobile home side panels at ALUTECH in Hull. The line incorporates Decoiler, leveller, shear, slitter, Ribbing rollformer and ancilliary Grip lock edge detailing machines. the illustrations below show the ribbing machine receiving cut pieces from the decoiling line being used to put the cross detailing into the sheet and also induce a curving effect for tensioning
