Models are customised from a standard range of component parts. Rollforming Machines can be supplied as blank fed or from coil with cut off equipment and coil holder as a production line.

ROLLFORMING EQUIPMENT Cold roll-formed sections have a much wider scope of cross section, compared with press braked sections and have no length limitation. The sections are produced by passing metal strips through a series of shaped rolls, each set of which makes a progressive change in the cross section. Production is much faster than with press brakes, particularly with complex profiles. Bearing in mind some sections cannot be press braked due to their complexity or length, the decision to roll or press brake depends largely on economics; in general the greater the quantity of given section required, the cheaper it is to form by rolling.
		CONSTRUCTION Main fabricated steel frame is engineered to a high standard and the power units are self contained within the machine construction. machines take various designs to suit the application and need not be restricted to a standard format. All tooling is made from high quality steel - hardened ground and polished.
PANEL FORMING For panel applications a twin head machine can be supplied with variable distance between the forming standards to allow different widths of panel to be formed simultaneously on both sides
		INTEGRATED CUT OFF TOOL An integrated cut off tool whereby the Crop is integrated into the rollforming machine. This both eases space needed and simplifies the measuring system.
		RAFTED ROLLFORM SYSTEM Illustration left shows a Rafted Rollforming System. This system is used when differing profiles are needed to be formed with a quickchange facility. Rafts of several passes are lifted in and out of position to allow the common drive chassis and ancillery equipment to be utilised to the full.
