The small and easy-to-handle alternative to start with in the field of profiling jobs. Or for use as a stand-by machine for professionals. Width adjustments from 230 to 850 mm. Parallel panels are profiled in one work cycle. Diagonally, tapered and conical panels are manufactured in single work cycles. Shortest centre distance of 50 mm for single work cycles.  Mini-Prof is height-adjustable and mobile.

Curve Bending Machine RBM

For manufacturing of bent profiled panels to be applied in dormers, semicircular arches, domes, barrel roofs, etc. For adjustable radii, starting from 300 mm radius depending on the material.  Equipped with an infinitely variable speed adjustment from 0 to 12 m/min, this machine can easily manufacture various radii. An infinitely variable width adjustment from 300 to 800 mm is provided to ensure its use with Mini-Prof and SPM 30/80 series. This machine can be also used for other profile heights between 25 and 40 mm profile height by varying the pressure rollers.
