CONTAINERISED HEAVY DUTY STANDING SEAM MACHINE.

The line usually incorporates decoiler, prelevelling, positioning, cut to length and roll forming of the panels within a container which can then be readily transported to the job site. This allows unlimited lengths to be manufactured directly on site allowing roofs to be constructed without joints.

The Curving machine illustrated under construction  is used to curve components where convex and concave situations are required.

SEAMCLOSER FOR STANDING SEAM HEAVY DUTY.

The roof can  be rolled continuously from the containerised machine giving a joint free length. The joint is then closed in final position by a Hand Tool shown left.
