CONSTRUCTION

Open Mandrel Uncoiler with fabricated steel frame. Main shaft housed in heavy duty roller bearings. Link expansion on machines up to 3 tonne. Wedge expansion on heavier machines. On power uncoiler machines with power units are usually self contained within the machine construction

10 tonne x 1250 mm Uncoiler with hydraulic Hold Down.

• From 0.5 tonne up to 15 tonne capacity. Widths from 300 mm to 1500 mm.

• Outside Diameter (standard). Up to 3 tonne 1400 mm. Over 3 tonne 1700 mm.

• Expansion Range (standard). Up to 3 tonne 385 mm to 540 mm. Over 3 tonne 460 mm to 540 mm.

DECOILER, COILCAR & COIL TRAIN.

For fast interchangeability between different coils. Particulary useful when processing various colours or differing materials.

Options fitted here are Coil Car, Paper Recoiling Facility and Pneumatic Snubber Roll.

Pallet decoilers can be particulary efficient in certain applications. Users may also take interest in a Coil Upender (see below).

Coil Upender (sometimes also referred to as a Coil tilter or Coil downloader) is needed when coils are either transported in the "eye to the sky" form and need to be turned for use or vice versa when coils are needed to be processed and then turned to horizontal position fort transport or storage. Various capacities sizes are available.
