At Bulldog Industrial Holdings Limited, our range of Bottom Slip Bending Rolls is engineered to support accurate sheet metal forming using the initial pinch method. These machines are designed to make the removal of finished cylinders simple and efficient, with the bottom roll swinging out to allow easy extraction of completed work.
Available in both hand-operated and power-driven versions, each unit is constructed for strength, control, and long-term reliability. Both the top and bottom rolls are driven, and carbon steel roll construction offers high resistance to deflection, supporting consistent results during operation.
Built for Practical Performance
To enhance usability, Bulldog UK’s bending rolls include grooved top and back rolls for wire edge work and geared drives on 4" and 5" hand models for easier operation. On 5" machines, longitudinal grooves are added to the bottom roll to assist in accurate material alignment.
Safety and Compliance
Safety is a key consideration in every model. Power versions are fully guarded to meet Health and Safety regulations and include emergency stop kick plates on both sides. Additionally, each machine is fitted with a low voltage control circuit housed in an electrically interlocked cabinet, complete with a mains isolator.
