ISD EXPANDS BESPOKE COLD ROOM MANUFACTURING WITH BULLDOG EQUIPMENT – TOTALLY REPLACING EUROPEAN IMPORTS 

ISD Solutions, which has been manufacturing insulated panels and doors for cold room storage solutions for 70 years, is beefing up its manufacturing capability with a £300,000 investment to reduce outsourcing and improve total company efficiency.

Investment in the machinery supplied by Stockport based Bulldog Industrial Holdings Ltd [  www.phpstack-1505395-6272274.cloudwaysapps.com ]  means that ISD will no longer need to import modular cold rooms from Europe, but instead will champion UK expertise and design and build these here in Gloucester.

Improvements in manufacturing quality will also lead to greater thermal accuracy and more competitive pricing.

The investment includes2 CNC Folding machines for flashing profiles

And a complete Automated production  line for production of cold store panels. This compact line integrates the functions of notching all 4 corners/ hole punching rows of holes / flange rolling both sides / flange folding both ends  giving completed panels with only 5 square metres of floor space
