Double Deck Profiling Line customer Doubles Up

Having installed their new Double Deck Rollform Line in December 2019, G.L.Profiles Ltd of Chatteris was very pleased with their new facility.  

So much so that within 6 months they have placed on order a second Double Deck line & a Cut to length / Slit Line.

The Original Line offered 34mm x 1000mm wall and roof panels on the lower deck with Liner Panel on the top deck

The second line will double up throughput for the main 34mm 1000 mm wall and roof profile on the lower deck and offer corrugated  profiles on the top deck 

The Cut to Length and slit facility will offer blanking for flashings production
