Integrated Cut to Length and Slitting Functionality
These blanking lines support cut to length and slitting of 1250 mm x 1250 mm B-Class sheets, with mild steel capacity between 0.5 mm and 1.2 mm. Operating at speeds of up to 25 metres per minute, they offer an ideal solution for accurate coil-to-sheet processing with compact machine footprints and touchscreen control.
Flexible Coil Handling and Decoiling Options
Each system includes a motorised decoiler with coil car for capacities up to 5 tonnes. Alternatively, users can specify an off-the-shelf fixed frame decoiler like the one shown in photo 6. A manually adjustable side guide ensures consistent coil alignment, and the slitter side roller allows for fast removal and strip clean-up using bottom rolls with a 50 mm diameter.
Precision Slitting for Reliable Output
The slitter is built with two rubber-coated pinch rolls, each 110 mm in diameter. Pneumatic cylinders assist with lifting the pinch rolls, ensuring smooth material feed and minimal marking. The third slitter shaft includes circular knives with a 150 mm outer diameter, fitted on a quick-change axle with central knife positioning and handwheel-assisted lift. This system allows safe and efficient knife changes without material damage.
Compact Shearing and Guillotine Systems
The built-in guillotine shears are electronically controlled and hydraulically driven for consistent shearing across production runs. A pneumatic pop-up sheet lifter and N and P sheet stacking guides are included to improve output handling. CE-compliant construction is standard, with optional polythene film dispensers for scratch-sensitive materials.
Simple Operation with Touchscreen Controls
Blanking speeds are managed via touchscreen control, with programmable line length up to 20 different settings. Stack lengths can range from 1 metre to 3 metres depending on application, and the operator control panel allows access from all sides for safe, efficient adjustments.

Each line is fully compliant with CE standards and designed for high accuracy at low to mid-volume workloads. The 400 V / 50 Hz electrical system and integrated safety features ensure smooth day-to-day operation.
