The First TRIPLE DECK ROLLFOMING MACHINE LINE has been completed on time and has now been installed

This cladding line rolls the following three profiles without resetting …

1. CORRUGATED PROFILE on the top deck

2. LINER PANEL on the middle deck

3. WALL & ROOF panel on the lower deck

Only the height of the coil entry guides and automatic stacker are hydraulically adjusted simultaneously to align with the chosen profile formers .

The line is equipped with

10 tonne decoiler & coil car

Anti condensation fleece applicator

8 metre stacker
