Built for Length and Precision

The Biegemeister Long Bed Folders are designed to handle extended lengths of material, delivering clean, accurate folds across full-size components. This eliminates the need for seams or joints in large-scale products—offering both structural and aesthetic advantages.

There are two core models available:

Model BM supports mild steel with material thicknesses of 1 mm, 1.25 mm, and 1.5 mm, and is available in lengths of 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, and 12 metres.

Model BS is built for thicker mild steel, with capacities of 2 mm and 3 mm, also in lengths of 3 to 12 metres.

Advanced CNC Control with BMS Touchscreen

All models in the range can be equipped with the BMS touchscreen CNC control system, which operates via a Windows-based platform. This allows the operator to view, simulate, and design bending profiles with ease. The system includes a powered backgauge driven by timing belts, ensuring repeatable positioning and efficient workflow.

Operators can select from preset profiles or create their own, with angles and dimensions stored in a flexible profile library with virtually unlimited storage.
