New Triple deck Rollform Line for the Roofing and Cladding trade

Bulldog presents the new Triple Deck profiling machine capable of forming 3 differing profiles on the same line.

This space saving solution occupies the same floor space as a conventional profiling line whilst having the

possibility to roll [ for instance ] Corrugated / Box Profile and Liner Panel on one single chassis.

The line only utilises one decoiler, one coil car and one stacker since these items can be adapted to work with all three profiles

thanks to the hydraulic rise and fall facility incorporated at entry and exit which position the entry guides and the stacker bed

at the correct position to align with the forming position required. “
