Profiling Machine Options

Integrated Cutter and Measurement Tools
Bulldog UK’s electric rollformers are available with either manual or electric cross cutters, and can be supplied with slitting attachments. PROBAC LT and LT-C models are compatible with measurement programmers, helping to ensure consistent output accuracy. Variable-speed rollformers with manual or electric cutting setups can also be specified to suit the required pace of production.

Additional systems are available for curved standing seam panels, often used in dormers, barrel roofs, or architectural detailing. These curved panel machines offer infinitely variable speed adjustment from 0 to 12 m/min and support radius adjustments from 300 mm to 800 mm depending on material. This allows the operator to easily manufacture variable roof shapes with precision and repeatability.
