BLU SEAL INVEST IN TOP HAT ROLLFORMER and a second Duplex panel former BUL-SEAL DOORS of Worcester are expanding their production capabilities. Traditionally Top Hat profiles have been produced by press braking but with volumes growing it became Logical to invest in a Top Hat Profile rolling machine which will vastly improve throughput capabilities . Simultaneously a second Duplex panel rolling machine has been ordered. [ below ] Both machines are due for delivery when the new expanded production space becomes available in May. The Machines replace the same models Purchased from Bulldog 18 years ago . The original machines have been relocated into a different Bay and will still produce flashings and gutters for Planwell since throughput has increased dramatically over recent years. Double Deck Profiling Line customer Doubles Up Having installed their new Double Deck Rollform Line in December 2019, G.L.Profiles Ltd of Chatteris was very pleased with their new facility. So much so that within 6 months they have placed on order a second Double Deck line & a Cut to length / Slit Line. The Original Line offered 34mm x 1000mm wall and roof panels on the lower deck with Liner Panel on the top deck The second line will double up throughput for the main 34mm 1000 mm wall and roof profile on the lower deck and offer corrugated profiles on the top deck The Cut to Length and slit facility will offer blanking for flashings production
