These machines are ideal for producing air ducts, cladding, and flashing, with no need for post-seaming.   Pittsburgh and Button Punch Options Machines are available in 20’s (5-station) or 16’s (7-station) setups, depending on seam size and material thickness. The 16’s version includes automatic gauge compensation to keep seams tight across varying sheet thicknesses. Each machine can be fitted with one of ten CNC-machined roll sets on the outboard shaft. The Button Punch machine forms a female profile between the sideplates and a right-angle flange profile on the outboard. It also includes gauge compensation and forms a 14 mm pocket using 35 mm of material.   Flanging Machines and Attachments Flanging Machines can form right-angle flanges up to 15 mm high on material between 0.7 and 1.6 mm. The outer roll pivots to allow easy removal of discs, and an Autoguide version keeps flange height consistent. A button punch head can be added as needed. Flanging attachments can also be mounted to standard rollformers, forming 10 mm flanges on 0.4–1 mm thick sheet.
