Long Bed Folding Machines
The Biegemeister range of long bed folders is specifically designed for long applications where conventional folding equipment will not suffice. It is particularly suitable for the manufacture of roofing and cladding components, gutters, roller shutter door accessories, and similar applications where long, joint-free components are required.
Models are basically in two ranges:
Model BM is for capacities of 1 mm, 1.25 mm and 1.5 mm material thickness (mild steel).
In lengths of 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 12 metres.
Model BS is for capacities of 2 mm and 3 mm material thickness (mild steel).
In lengths of 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 12 metres.
The BMS touchscreen CNC control with powered backgauge driven by timing belts can be supplied with all models. This control is based on a Windows operating system, allowing the operator to view the profile. The simulation allows viewing of the bending process for preset profiles, as well as designing new ones. Angles and dimensions can easily be varied and stored in the library of virtually unlimited profile storage.
