This allows unlimited lengths to be manufactured directly on site allowing roofs to be constructed without joints.
When making tapered panels it is necessary to form one side of the tapered pre-cut blank and then separately form the other side. The taper machine has one set of tooling mounted on each side of the machine to achieve this solution.
The Curving machine illustrated under construction is used to curve components where convex and concave situations are required.
The roof can be rolled continuously from the containerised machine giving a joint free length. The joint is then closed in final position by a Hand Tool shown left.
